The Tamiya XF-69 Flat NATO Black Acrylic Paint is a high-quality water-soluble acrylic paint that is perfect for brush painting or airbrushing. This paint is suitable for use on a variety of materials, including styrene resins, Styrofoam, wood, and common model plastics. It provides excellent coverage, smooth flow, and easy blending. Before curing, the paint can be washed away with water. The XF-69 color has a flat finish, making it ideal for achieving a matte look. For airbrushing, the paint can be thinned using Tamiya X-20A Acrylic thinner or Tamiya Lacquer Thinner, which will result in faster drying and a harder finish. To achieve a smoother brushstroke-free finish, Tamiya Paint Retarder can be used.
